Return Policy

All Returns require a return authorization before you can send the items back.  Items without return authorization can easily be lost so we will not be able to receive any items with out an RMA number. The RMA number that we may issue in response to your request insures that we can properly receive and quickly process your return.  Credits will not be issued until a returned item is received.  

Please properly pack any items that you are returning.  If we receive an item damaged we may not be able to issue you a credit.  We recommend you insure any items that you are returning.  The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs for any returns.  The Little Quilt Shop will of course pay for shipping to correct any errors that we may have made.
